London, England–(Hexa PR Wire. – February 11, 2023) – The ICON Awards are set to kick off London Fashion Week with a bang, as they honour icons who have made a significant impact in the worlds of music, fashion, entertainment and philanthropy. The celebrity gala and awards ceremony will take place on February 17 at the Connaught Rooms in the De Vere Grand Hotel in London.
Founded by Buzz Talent’s Helen Georgio and Rachael Lewis, THIS IS ICON has been celebrating fashion and music through various events that aim to raise awareness and funds for a chosen charity. This year, the ICON Awards will be supporting Prost8, a charity dedicated to providing minimally invasive procedures to men diagnosed with low to intermediate prostate cancer.
A number of celebrity guests are expected to attend the event, including Anita Dobson, Matt Goss, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Adam Deacon, Tamer Hassan, and stars from reality shows such as Made in Chelsea, Towie, and Love Island. The event will also feature the celebrated disabled model Ellie Goldstein.
